Day 177 - Blood moon
Ben Hillyer, 2014
A view of Wednesday morning's lunar eclipse near the First Presbyterian Church steeple.
Day 176 - Have a seat
Ben Hillyer, 2014
Enough chairs for Goldilocks, the three bears and more on State Street in downtown Natchez.
Day 175 - Red lines
Ben Hillyer, 2014
A blanket of spider lilies cover the top of an old house site on St. Catherine Street across from the old Brumfield School. From the street, the flowers just peek over the edge of the terraced hill.
Day 174 - From the 50 yard line

A view of the old Margaret Martin football field. Rumor is this will be filled with apartments in the near future.
Day 173 - Nothing lasts forever
Ben Hillyer, 2014
As much as we try to hold onto the past, nothing lasts forever. This is a picture of the back of Margaret Martin School. I love the almost quilt-square appearance of the large window in to the school gym (Now gymnastics studio). The random pattern of whites and blues are beautiful to me. My guess is that when the building is turned to apartments in the coming months, this elevation will look different - especially the windows.
